This is a laying down, eyes closed practice. All comforts are provided including yoga mats, eye pillows, crystals and the fluffiest blankets to swaddle you in as you enjoy some well deserved spiritual pampering 🤍

Take home your own programmed crystal charged with a message from the heart as we close our session with a manifesting ritual to support your journey ahead.

It's time to re-write your body-story 🤍

During this seated, safe, candlelit session, we join in circle to share our stories, to hold space, to connect with mama cacao as she opens our hearts and brings clarity and light to the parts we have tried to shame, hide, reject and abandon.

Through a series of somatic practices we deepen our connection to our beautiful bodies and the journey’s they have been on.

Together through sisterhood, safety and body-heart-soul healing experiences (ayurvedic self massage, EFT, crystal healing, trauma informed somatic therapy, CBT, ceremony, ritual, journaling, chakra kundalini, speaking, listening, de-robing) we release, shift and transform these old traumas, wounds and patterns that are encoded within our cells, trapped + felt in our body and nervous system.

The relationship you have to your own body is the single most significant relationship you will have here in this lifetime.

It is time to heal and love yourself as you deserve and reclaim this beautiful body that is the home for your magnificent soul.

Cosy connections, creating magikal things ~ this is both the ethos and the vibe behind our new Witchy Women's Institute Pop Up Craft Club 

An intimate gathering of like-hearted women, enjoying a gentle evening of witch crafting together -limited to just 6 witchy women, gathered at my welcoming, family home on Elgin High Street 

Our session focuses on cultivating gratitude as a spiritual and wellness practice - and a direct path to manifesting.

We join for a heart healing crystal gratitude meditation where you will program your own crystal to take home.

 All crafting materials supplied.

Twinkling Flower Pumpkins & the Power of Gratitude

For weird, wild & whimsical girls aged 5–15 — and the Witchy Women who love them!

Join us for a magical harvest morning of Mindfulness, Magik & making memories together 🍂✨

We’ll begin with a mini Moon Circle and gentle somatic grounding practices to help ease nerves, settle the body and create a safe, connected space.

💛 Enjoy a beautiful Golden Heart Gratitude meditation to calm the mind and body, opening the way for more happiness and gratitude to flow.

Cultivating gratitude is a beautiful way to support our emotional wellbeing, shift our focus towards what is already abundant in our lives and create a more positive, receptive energy for our dreams and manifestations ✨

🎃 Then it’s time for some witchy crafting! Create your very own twinkling pressed-flower gratitude pumpkin while exploring simple ways to cultivate a family gratitude practice that can support wellbeing, resilience, connection and abundance.

💎 You’ll also program your own yellow Citrine crystal heart with your wishes, dreams and gratitude — a little magical reminder to honour Autumn, the harvest and all the abundance in your life.

📸 And you’ll leave with your beautiful creations, a Polaroid photo keepsake and some magical memories to treasure together.

🌿 Complimentary vegan & gluten-free delights will be served, along with caramel and chamomile tea 🫖

The Magikal Maiden’s Craft Club is about confidence, curiosity, courage and connection - creating beautiful bonding experiences where our girls can feel safe to show up, shine, take up space and embrace the weird, wild and whimsical magik that makes them so wonderfully themselves.

And for us Witchy Women? A chance to slow down, awaken our own Maiden energy and deepen the beautiful relationship we share with them. ❤️

Booking Information and Cancellation Policy:

All bookings must be made in advance due to the limited numbers and high demand of spaces. No cash sales will be taken and all bookings must be made using the booking links connected to the event. In the event of your cancellation there are no refunds or transfers. You are however permitted to resell your ticket at your own discretion, but any changes made to the original booking must be notified by emailing hello@sophiebonadea.com 

Due to online scammers, it is advised that you never buy a ticket for a Witchy Women's Institute event from someone you do not know.
